Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are free in the U.S. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Kindly note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. All international orders are final.

Just send us an email at help@minimofashion.com to get started. We will email you a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. 

Late or missing refunds

There is often processing time before a refund is posted to your original method of payment. If you still have not received your refund within 7 business days, please contact us at help@minimofashion.com and we'll be happy to assist.
